Cumberland Valley Midget Football has taken important steps to ensure the highest level of safety within our programs - for the youth participants, as well as volunteers, who make the programs a success. One of these steps is the implementation of a standardized approach to criminal history background and child abuse screening for our coaches, volunteers, and board members.

Volunteer Registration
Please complete a registration, much like a player registration, following these steps:

1. Log onto the site.
2. Navigate to account by hovering over the ‘person’ icon and selecting Account.
3. Click Volunteer on the left menu.
4. Click the Find Volunteer Roles button (blue/aqua) in the upper right.
5. Select the View Divisions button beside the ‘2021 CVMFA Football’ program.
6. Select your player’s division (but this really doesn’t matter for board members) and select the View Selected Opportunities button.
7. Select the role desired and select the user.
8. Once all desired roles are selected, click the Continue button.
9. At the bottom of the form, you can add your required documents if you have them.  If not, you can add them later. 
10. After completing the information, click Continue button.

Required documents MUST be uploaded prior to the first practice.

Volunteer Screening Instructions
Please visit the page links below for the specific links and instructions for each of the application processes. After for completing each screening, please upload the result documents to your CVMFA account using the following steps:

1. Log onto the site.
2. Navigate to account by hovering over the ‘person’ icon and selecting Account.
3. Click Volunteer on the left menu.
4. Click Details button.
5. At the bottom of the form, you can add your required documents. 
   

These clearance results must be uploaded prior to the first day of practice or any interaction with the players.

* It is important when entering your name, you use your full legal name as written on your birth certificate or drivers license. Please also verify that your social security number was typed correctly. Using nicknames or failing to type a correct social security number may delay or invalidate your check.

Coach Applications
In addition to the volunteer screenings, all coach volunteers must complete the coach information in the online registration process, USA Football Certification, and the PA Act 15 Affidavit.
